		<description>I don&#039;t read John Cow (I did read your article though), but from what I know of the blog I&#039;m not surprised that it wasn&#039;t the best fit for you. Probably wouldn&#039;t be a good fit for me either. Even though it didn&#039;t bring that much traffic, it still gave you some valuable exposure plus a link. I did a lot of guest posting for a while and I think it is extremely under-used by most bloggers.</description>
