Thanks for this very useful post! Especially for the step "Call to Action". That is one I often neglect.

I really like this post. You have outlined a really nice way for new bloggers to post. I know that I already follow a similar process, so it kind of resonated with me. My blog is only new, but if I am stuck I will be sure to refer back to this list.

Thanks for the article!

Like I had mentioned on Chris Brogan's blog, this post was really to give those having difficulties getting from an idea to a published blog post. It is a way to break down the posting process, and while it might not have the best flow for you, it could make for a great basis on building your own blog posting organization.

These are some really great suggestions. I work with clients all the time who struggle with writing blog posts. One problem I see a lot is people trying to turn it into an essay or getting too hung up on it being perfect. I think blogs are more interesting to read if they are a little imperfect. It makes it feel more authentic.

Yup, I tend to do the whole thing at once, and not necessarily in order. Thanks for the helpful post, David!

Now, to see if I can implement it. ;-)

Great set of steps for overcoming writer's block. One thing I'd add is to stick with what you are passionate about and what interests you -- if a blog entry doesn't resonate with you when you write it, it won't resonate with your readers either.
