		<description>I agree that the way to get your blog noticed--and perhaps to monetize it--is by filling a need. For some people, blogging is just a hobby, or a way to make a buck here or there. For serious bloggers, however, sometimes you have to prove that you add value to the blogosphere in order to stay ahead of the competition.
