The first 1000 members are the hardest to get but after that it gets a bit easier. Content is a good way to drive traffic to forums at the start. I have been thinking about starting another forum though. Was thinking of changing my tech blog to a forum but not sure if that would be a wise move. Have you been thinking of starting a forum?
