Ok, size out of the way. But should criticizm be the driving force behind it? Shouldn’t the support system be just fine? I just think that a post about the shouldn’t be what wakes them up.

I don’t think the size of my blog had anything to do with it. I assume they are tracking the term Mosso in various ways to see what people are saying about them. I didn’t mention which site was using Mosso, and they could easily and quickly tell it wasn’t this one, so I don’t think you are correct in your assumption.

Great story and all, but should a blog post criticizing them really be what it should take to get there attention? Imagine you were a smaller blog, the post would never even be seen!
