I have used Show Your Ad Here and done reasonably well. I only have 3 ad zones on my site but they remain full pretty much since I have implemented them.
I am switching to an OIO plugin to manage my ads directly but I think I might retain at least 1 ShowYourAdHere zone.
Mark’s a good guy.
