		<description>Parting ways with staff who are not suitable for the job is definately a good idea. I&#039;m not sure about offering them money to quit though. I think many companies would lose staff if they did that haha

Blog networks is a different kettle of fish. If a writer had another job lined up then taking a payoff would make sense. If he liked the company and wanted to stay then clearly refusing the money and taking more jobs with the blogging network is the right thing to do.

What the zappos quote doesn&#039;t tell you is how much the employee was making. If you&#039;re on $2,000-$3,000 a month is a $1,000 bonus really enough for you to quit?</description>
