		<description>Also I agree with the GPL thing. Plugins and theme are separate from the overall wordpress core. Provided they don&#039;t touch Wordpress itself I see no reason why they shouldn&#039;t be covered by whatever license the developer chooses.</description>

		<description>I think that there is no reason people shouldn&#039;t be able to charge for themes or plugins. If someone wants to charge for the use of something then that&#039;s entirely up to them. People can cry and shout about it, but at the same time there&#039;s nothing saying that they have to pay for it.

I have developed one theme and made nothing from it (apart from maybe some adsense), I am now some way to completing my second theme and thinking about ways to monetise it. I have some ideas that are similar too, but also different from, premium themes. It will be interesting to see if it takes off at all :)</description>
